About This Role
The Chief Broadcast Officer is responsible for our streaming. They oversee the strategic roadmap for all three streaming platforms, manage content licensing, and analyze viewer metrics to drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic roadmap for Spartan52's streaming platforms
- Manage content licensing across all platforms
- Analyze viewer metrics to drive engagement
- Guide the Platform Manager team on execution
Basic Qualifications
- Strong strategic and leadership skills
- Experience overseeing streaming or broadcast operations, in a professional or volunteer capacity
- Comfortable operating at a leadership level in a remote, volunteer organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in streaming, broadcast, or media operations
- Familiarity with the Spartan52 brand and community
Required Education
- No formal education required; relevant leadership or broadcast experience strongly preferred
