Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 30, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Wolffe Enterprises, also operating under the name Wolffe (“Wolffe,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with this website and any other website, subdomain, application, or digital platform now or hereafter owned, operated, or controlled by Wolffe Enterprises or its divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliated brands (collectively, the “Website”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
This Privacy Policy works alongside our Terms of Service, which governs your broader use of the Website.
2. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide Directly. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Submissions are processed through Google Forms, a third-party form processing service, and are used solely to respond to your inquiry and route it to the appropriate division.
b. Other Client Information. If you become a client or engage one of our divisions, we may collect additional information in the course of that relationship - through email, phone, meetings, contracts, invoicing, or other business correspondence - such as billing, project, or account details. This information is collected directly from you or your organization, not through the Website, and is used only to deliver, manage, and bill for the services you've engaged us for. We do not sell this information.
c. Search Performance Data (Google Search Console). We use Google Search Console to monitor how the Website performs in Google Search results. Search Console provides us with aggregate data such as the number of times the Website appears in search results (impressions), the number of times a search result is clicked (click counts), average search ranking position, and the search terms used to find the Website. This data reflects interactions with Google Search itself, is aggregated across all visitors, and is not associated with or traceable to any specific, identifiable individual. Search Console does not place tracking cookies on your device through the Website.
3. ClawID Accounts
ClawID is Wolffe's account and identity system, used to create and manage user accounts for Relay and any other current or future Wolffe product that requires a user account. When you create a ClawID account, we collect the information necessary to establish and secure it, which may include your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
You may also create or sign in to a ClawID account through a supported third-party authentication provider, such as Google. If you do, we receive the basic profile information that provider shares with us as part of the sign-in process (such as your name and email address); we do not receive your password for that third-party account.
ClawID account data is stored and managed using Supabase, a third-party database and authentication service provider, which processes this information on our behalf and is governed by its own privacy and security practices. We use ClawID account information to authenticate you, maintain your account, and provide the products and services associated with it. Because ClawID is shared account infrastructure across current and future Wolffe products, your account information may be used to authenticate you across those products, but is not shared with unrelated third parties beyond what is described in this Policy.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to: respond to inquiries submitted through the Website; create, authenticate, and manage ClawID accounts and provide access to Relay and other Wolffe products that rely on them; deliver, manage, and bill for services provided to our clients; operate, maintain, and improve the Website and its content; understand, in aggregate, how the Website performs in Google Search so we can improve visibility, navigation, and content; and comply with legal obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers who process data on our behalf (Google Forms for contact form submissions, Google Search Console for aggregate search performance data, Supabase for ClawID account storage and authentication, and Google as a sign-in provider where you choose to use it), each governed by its own privacy practices; our divisions and affiliated brands referenced above, when necessary to route or respond to an inquiry; and third parties where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wolffe, our users, or others.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Website does not use cookies or client-side tracking scripts to monitor individual visitor behavior. The search performance data described above is collected by Google through your interactions with Google Search results, not through cookies placed on the Website. If we adopt additional analytics or tracking tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to support core infrastructure functions such as security, bot and fraud mitigation, and reliable delivery of the Website. These cookies are technical in nature, are not used to track your behavior across other websites, and do not require consent under applicable law because they are necessary for the Website to operate securely.
We also use one strictly necessary authentication cookie to maintain a signed-in session on a password-protected internal tool used by our team. This cookie only stores a signed, time-limited access token - it does not contain your password, is not used for tracking or analytics, and does not identify individual visitors to the public Website. It expires automatically and can be cleared at any time by logging out of that tool.
7. Data Retention
Contact form submissions - your name, email address, and message - are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and route it to the appropriate division, after which they are deleted or anonymized. We do not retain contact form submissions indefinitely or repurpose them beyond responding to the inquiry they were submitted for.
Other information collected through the Website is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and comply with our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. ClawID account information is retained for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information submitted through the Website, including ClawID account information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
9. Children's Privacy
The Website is not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of any third party. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding the information we hold, such as the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. To exercise these rights, including with respect to your ClawID account, contact us using the information below. Because our search performance data is collected and aggregated by Google across all visitors and is not tied to an identifiable individual, we are generally unable to identify or isolate a specific person's data within it.
12. International Users
The Website is operated from the United States. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
