About This Role

Platform Managers are assigned to lead a specific platform. They are responsible for site-specific performance metrics, content scheduling, and the resolution of escalated support requirements for their respective platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance and operations for an assigned Spartan52 platform
• Manage content scheduling for the platform
• Resolve escalated support requirements for the platform
• Report on platform-specific performance metrics

Basic Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Comfortable managing a platform's day-to-day operations
• Reliable and self-directed in a remote, volunteer setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing an online community or platform
• Familiarity with the specific platform assigned

Required Education

• No formal education required; relevant leadership experience a plus
