About This Role

Advises Wolffe's own solutions and outside clients on strategy and operations - finds the problem, builds the recommendation, helps carry it out.

Responsibilities

• Advise Wolffe's own solutions and external clients on strategy and operations
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and solve business challenges
• Develop recommendations and support their implementation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in business consulting, strategy, or a related advisory role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience advising across multiple industries or business types
• Familiarity with operational or process improvement methodologies

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
