Job Summary

Wolffe Enterprises is the parent organization behind four operating divisions - Business, Experiences, Media, and Technologies - spanning brand and technology development, event and hospitality operations, and physical business and security services. This role sits at the corporate level, supporting the enterprise as a whole rather than a single division.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries across Wolffe's divisions
• Route and escalate requests to the appropriate division or department
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow-ups
• Support, assist, and onboard new and existing clients
• Maintain and build relationships with new and existing clients

Basic Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Proficient with standard office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in client services, customer service, sales, account management, or hospitality
• Familiarity with a multi-division or multi-brand organization
