Job Summary

Wolffe Enterprises

Wolffe Enterprises is the parent organization behind four operating divisions - Business, Experiences, Media, and Technologies - spanning brand and technology development, event and hospitality operations, and physical business and security services. This role sits at the corporate level, supporting the enterprise as a whole rather than a single division.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership across all Wolffe divisions on legal risk and compliance
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and corporate agreements
• Oversee corporate governance, intellectual property, and regulatory matters
• Manage outside counsel and coordinate on litigation or disputes as needed

Basic Qualifications

• Active license to practice law
• Experience advising on corporate, commercial, and employment matters
• Sound judgment on risk across a diversified group of companies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in-house at a multi-entity or holding company structure
• Background touching media, technology, or security-related regulatory areas

Required Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar admission required
