• Coordinate logistics for events and experiences from planning through execution
• Support vendor, venue, and talent coordination
• Ensure every detail of an experience is executed to plan
• Assist with on-site event operations

Basic Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in event planning or hospitality
• Familiarity with New York City's event and venue landscape
