• Coordinate talent bookings and logistics for events and entertainment ventures
• Serve as a point of contact for talent before, during, and after events
• Manage schedules, contracts, and on-site talent needs
• Collaborate with production and event teams to ensure smooth execution

Basic Qualifications

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts under time pressure
• Experience working directly with talent or vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in entertainment, events, or talent management
• Existing network within the entertainment or nightlife industry
