About This Role

Leads Wolffe's security solution - day-to-day operations, staffing, and scheduling, and making sure protective standards hold on every assignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wolffe's security solution, reporting to the Founder & Principal
• Oversee day-to-day security operations across Wolffe security engagements
• Manage and schedule security personnel across assignments
• Ensure protective standards are met across every engagement
• Coordinate with clients on security planning and execution

Basic Qualifications

• Experience managing security operations or personnel
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to operate with discretion in high-visibility settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in law enforcement, military, or executive protection
• Relevant state security licensing
