Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Wolffe Services engagements
• Manage scheduling and deployment of field staff and workforce placements
• Ensure service quality standards are met across residential, commercial, and event work
• Coordinate with clients on service needs and staffing requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Experience managing field operations or a service-based workforce
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Comfortable managing a flexible, on-demand staffing model

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in property services, facilities, or workforce staffing
• Experience coordinating event-based staffing needs
