• Match on-demand labor to client needs across residential, commercial, and event settings
• Maintain a reliable pool of available workforce talent
• Communicate assignment details to staff and clients

Basic Qualifications

• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Comfortable managing a high volume of placements and communications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, workforce coordination, or recruiting
• Familiarity with on-demand or gig-based labor models
