About This Role

On-site point of contact across handyman, property, and workforce assignments - makes sure the work meets standard before it's called done.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field staff across handyman, property, and workforce assignments
• Ensure work is completed to Wolffe's quality standards
• Serve as an on-site point of contact for clients and staff
• Report on job progress and resolve on-site issues

Basic Qualifications

• Prior experience supervising field or trade staff
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel between job sites across New York City

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in property maintenance, construction, or facilities
• Experience managing a mobile or on-demand workforce

Required Education

• No formal education required
